Carol Stewart

Carol Stewart is retired past president and CEO of Kellogg Canada Inc. Her career spanned nearly 35 years. She has been recognized as a driven leader known for attracting and developing talent; galvanizing teams behind ambitious goals; and celebrating diversity and success. Within Kellogg, she was considered one of the best people managers and culture builders, consistently achieving best-in-class employee engagement results; recognized as a trusted advisor, mentor, and executive coach with a high level of integrity. In 2019, Stewart was awarded the Food and Consumer Products of Canada Award of Distinction for her contributions to the industry during her career.
