Carmen Fortino

With over 47 years of experience, Carmen Fortino continues to enjoy a stellar career, currently as executive vice president, Ontario Division Head and National Supply Chain at Metro Inc., a company he joined in 2014. His foray into the grocery industry began in 1984 with Fortinos. He subsequently held executive roles at Loblaw Companies Ltd., including serving as executive vice president for Zehrs and for Loblaw Ontario, as well as health and wellness companies. In 2016, he was honoured with the Italian Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Pentola d’Oro award. In his current role, he is overseeing a multi-million-dollar expansion of Metro’s Ontario and Quebec distribution centres.
